Well, it was back to work today, so it becomes harder to stay on task with the eating.  I had an all-day computer training today, so then it is particularily difficult, as I had to eat what they brought in for lunch.  Today was actually ok, with baked chicken and some sides.  I did eat a cookie and a couple of pieces of chocolate, so overall, I didn’t totally trash the day, but here are the stats:

(b) protein shake (s) clif bar  (L) chicken, broccoli, fresh fruit, potato salad, cookie (s) dark chocolate squares -about 4 or so  (s) banana  (d) chicken sausages, salad with feta cheese and olives.

Exercise- taught 2 hours of yoga and they said my energy drink kicked in about 15 minutes into the 2nd class (Power).

So, that is it!  Tomorrow I hope to get in a few miles on the treadmill.  I was planning on doing a Chalean video, but my muscles are a bit sore, so I will have to play that by ear.
