This is my very first post! I will start with a bit of history, and a link to my current website.  In 2001, I became a yogi and a self defined health nut. I quit smoking (2 packs a day!) and started walking, which led to running, which let to completing a marathon in 2003.  Once that happened, I was pretty “into” being healthy and wanting to learn more and more about natural ways to become and stay healthy! I want to share those tips with others and help people to become proactive with their own health rather than leaving it up to the so called experts.  It is much easier to stay healthy in a natural way than to try to find health through a medical doctor who will prescribe medications to fix problems that many times can be fixed with proper nutrition, exercise and other lifestyle changes. 

As time goes on, I will be placing links in my blog that will take you to various places I have found helpful in my quest for wellness.
